How to get started

Step 1. Download and install the BadgeMaker software.

Download the BadgeMaker Software

Step 2. Click on “Subscribe now” to register and purchase a BadgeMaker Subscription key in the BadgeMaker License Manager.

Step 3. Start the installed ID Card Software BadgeMaker and paste the purchased key code received from the BadgeMaker License Manager into the register field.

FAQ

Will BadgeMaker Subscriptions automatically renew?

Your BadgeMaker subscription begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. Your subscription will automatically renew each month without notice until you cancel.

When will I be charged?

After your primary payment you authorize us to store your payment method(s) and to automatically charge you every month. We will charge you exactly a month from the day you did your first payment.

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel your subscription anytime via your BadgeMaker License Manager Account page or by contacting Customer Support. Cancel before the next monthly charge to not get charged an extra month. Should you cancel after the charge date, your payment is non-refundable, and your license key will continue until the end of that month’s billing period.

Is there a time commitment for the subscription?

BadgeMaker Subscriptions is charged at a low cost per month. There is no time commitment besides the month you pay for.
